When we 1st
put it out (January 14th 2009) some people thought that we were crazy for even putting
Stanza's name in the same sentence of Andre 3000. Please don't get
our intentions misconstrued, we have the utmost respect for the work
and legacy that Andre 3000 has set forth in his career. However we
feel that Hip Hop is a competitive art form and competition makes or
breaks greats. Was Allen Iverson being disrespectful to Michael
Jordan when he broke his ankles when he came into the league? No they we competing to
be winners. Plus we want to challenge more emcees to strive for
artistic greatness and not just a hit record.

about
This so far is the hardest round because both verses are exceptional. 3000
goes in on his verse flipping back and forth from conversational to
melodic. He's seems to always come correct as far as staying on the
topic. He hit it hard dealing with
Where he really shined more on this verse than the previous verses is on
lyrics and punchlines. "Then... live like there ain't no 'morrow And
if one come then
this the motto Now I put message in bottle You go to the nearest beach
and open your car door And you walk to the place where the sea meets the land
Yeah it's easier to run the street than walk in the sand"
These are verses that really make you listen to what these Emcees are
saying. After that Dre verse it would be hard for anyone to come back
but Stanza did. His social commentary is just as deep and clever as 3
Stacks was. Here's one of my favorite lines, "Like damn its a shame
that we in this forest still, Miss Goldy Locks is getting her porridge
still, she sneaky she moving with the steal, niggas put they head up
she shooting to kill, I'm afraid this is how it is where I live when
the fear this is always closest to the ceiling, so I'm a have to blow
the house down its12th ya'll won the 1st round."
